Return Policy

Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 4 days from delivery date. In order to return an item you must contact us by email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). All non-defective, undamaged returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if the item’s packaging has been opened, used, or returned in a non-factory sealed package. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products. In most instances we will gladly replace the customer’s defective product with a brand new item within 7-10 days.
