3 days after the buyer receives it | Returns are accepted ONLY if you address the issue within 3 days of receiving the package. After this period, you own the item and no claim will be processed. If there is a return, buyer is responsible for shipping cost back to seller and this cost is non-refundable.
Upon arrival and inspection, the refund will be processed, less the original shipping cost.
Buyers, from ITALY. Please be aware that your country customs works very slow and package may be processed for 45 days. To avoid this issue, I reserve the right to change your shipping method and ship the item by Express Mail.
International Buyer that requires tracking, please let me know and I will upgrade the shipping to Express Mail. Default shipping method is the cheapest 1st class mail, that don't have the insurance and tracking. If you are OK with 1st class and make a payment, you automatically decline your right to claim the package as not received or damaged. I am not responsible for lost and damaged packaging, as it is beyond my control. Claims of "not received" will not be processed. Please UPGRADE your shipping to get tracking information prior of the payment and I will gladly assist you in resolving any issues. |
