TO DETERMINE TYPE OF SPRING NEEDED, FOLLOW THE FOUR STEPS BELOW:
FIRST: RHW(Right Hand Wound) or LHW(Left Hand Wound) or PAIR Please note the side of door the spring DOES NOT indicate spring needed. RHW has red winding cone on the end and will be mounted w/ the Red winding cone pointing towards the LEFT. LHW has black winding cone on the end and will be mounted w/ the Black winding cone pointing towards the RIGHT.

SECOND: Wire Size: Use a wire gauge sold in our store OR Measure 20 coils to the nearest 1/16" and divide by 20. (STANDARD WIRE SIZES ARE .207, .218, .225 .234, .243, .250, .262)
THIRD: Inside Diameter: 2"
FOURTH: Length of Spring: Measure the length of an unwound spring

Shipping Method:
Generally items under 4-5 pounds are shipped via USPS Service unless it can fit into Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. Heavier items(ie: garage door springs/garage door openers) are shipped via FEDEX/UPS.
First Class Mail Usually 3-5 Business Days
Priority Mail Usually 2-3 Business Days
Express Mail Usually 1-2 Business Days
We are not responsible for transient time. The information provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note during inclimate weather, peak periods- ie. holiday seasons, delivery times need to be extended 1-2 business days. Most items have the option of Priority Mail and Express Mail for Expedited Service. Please verify your address during the checkout process as we are not responsible for items returned to us as a result of a wrong address entered(ie. moved). When the item is returned to us, a refund will be issued less our shipping expenses.
We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Peurto Rico and Internationally for most items. The product description will state if there is a surcharge to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Peurto Rico. We only use USPS PRIORITY MAIL for International orders.

RETURN POLICY:
Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible. Should you find it necessary to return any of the merchandise, please follow the instructions below.
