In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us, we will issue you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number), which must be clearly stated on your parcel. We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can. We must be notified within 3 days from the delivery date of your item in order to issue a RMA form.
