Bidders returning items for replacement or repair must first notify us by email within three days of the receiving the auction item. AS IS items are not covered by our return policies, and all AS IS sales are final and are no refunds and no returns auction items. Seller is not responsible for problems with auction items not syncing with computers, due to many variables including conflicting programs, existing hardware, XP or Vista configurations that may be involved. Email us if there is an malfunctioning unit so we can provide customer service. If an item is being returned for repair or replacement we will include a return shipping address and a RMA number that must be fixed to the outside of the package or it will not be accepted for return or replacement. Items tampered with or missing pieces will result in an immediate VOID of refund or replacement.  The returned item will be inspected and tested before any action refund or replacement is made to a buyer. Fraudulent claims will be denied a refund and access to any of our auctions in the future will be blocked. Working returns being returned to our location and any costs associated with the items return is the buyers responsibility. Auction items that are in auction stated condition which is indicated in the auction information when returned, are not eligible for a original shipping refund, return shipping refund and are subject to a $5.00 usd restocking fee.
