This palm pilot is in like new condition (technically not new but you should expect it to be just as a new unit), no scratches on the touch screen or body. Be wary of sellers that label their units as new, if it is not sealed consider it probably NOT new – even if it is new the manufactures warrantee will no longer be valid. Includes all standard programs installed and ready to go. FULLY tested, everything works GREAT!!!

Warrantee

All billed for service and parts are covered for a period of 90 days. This covers workmanship, reoccurrence of original problem, and replaced part malfunction. This does not cover physical breakage; damage caused by environmental exposure (i.e. rain, lightning, any spilled substance, etc.), or any user physical modifications. Cost of shipping is not covered and is the customer’s responsibilities, typically $5, please inquire for actual amount.

Shipping/Handling cost will be calculated based on where it is being sent to, viewing my feedback I think you will find it is worth every penny. I can, upon request, provide a delivery confirmation or tracking number for shipments within the US. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close

Returns must be authorized before sending the item back. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. All original materials must be returned in the original condition. The customer pays for return shipping cost and original cost of shipping the item even if they received free shipping. A refund will be issued only once the returned item has been received, inspected and the purchase has been canceled through the eBay Resolution Center.  If the item is returned and the eBay fees cannot be recovered then these fees will also be subtracted from the returned amount. Proof of delivery is recommended when sending the item back.  We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the mail; insurance should be added to all returned packages.
