Palmetto Golf Club in Aiken, SC is a stupendous course redone by Alister Mackenzie when he was nearby doing Augusta National. It has recently had a beautiful restoration bringing back MacKenzie features that had been lost. This is a beautiful Club History issued in 1992: PALMETTO GOLF CLUB, THE FIRST 100 YEARS. There are COLOR PHOTOS OF EVERY HOLE along with name and architectural description of each hole. Size approx 8 x 11 inches, 88 pages, hardbound with color dust jacket. Appears new and crisp, no writing or any other problems. Also features a STANFORD WHITE CLUBHOUSE--the same architect who designed Shinnecock Hills clubhouse!!
