We must receive your authorized return at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase for you to be eligible for a refund. You must also pay for S/H back to our warehouse. If you encounter an issue with your purchase and your 30 day money back guarantee period has expired, then you will need to contact the respective manufacturer of your product to enforce your manufacturer warranty.
