We are very pleased to be offering a large number of pieces of this wonderful dinnerware, including serving pieces. Quality vintage china, made in England. All pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs unless otherwise noted. There may be utensil marks since these dishes were gently used.

Postage is based on a combination of weight, size of package and destination. We ship a large number of multiple item purchases so prepacking is not practical. It may take us a day or two to invoice if we have had a large number of auctions and store sales that close at the same time. If you do not hear from us within 3 days, please check your spam file. We have had mail delivery problems with certain isps.

POSTAGE We are mailing these items from Canada so the rate calculator will not work for you. We have estimated a flat rate which must reflect mailing to the most expensive destination. If the postage is less, we will adjust the invoice.

POSTAL DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

TO USA - small parcels surface rate - 2 to 3 weeks. Large packages go expedited and general time frame is 8 to 12 business days for most destinations. OVERSEAS - England and Western Europe - surface rate is generally 6 to 8 weeks. FAR EAST, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND -surface rate is generally 14 to 16 weeks. Customs delays often add to this time. IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO WAIT - PLEASE DO NOT BID. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELIVERY TIMES. If you require faster delivery for small parcels , please ask about air mail rates. Air parcel and xpresspost post rates for large packages are very high but we can quote the rates if you wish.

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for any duties or taxes on purchases if applicable. In over 10 years we have never had a US buyer who has been charged duty or taxes. Buyers in other countries should verify the duty free dollar value limit with your customs and excise office. Please note that unless otherwise stated, all items that we sell are "previously owned". We make every effort to describe the condition as accurately as we can, but no one is perfect. Should you find the item is not as described, we will gladly arrange a refund if we are unable to send a suitable replacement. Vintage and antique items will likely show signs of usage. All our items (where possible) are now invisibly marked to insure that the item returned is in fact the item we shipped.
