FRESH FROM A PARKER PEN RETIREE'S ESTATE. I DO NOT KNOW ALOT ABOUT THESE PENS SO IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS I WILL ANSWER THEM THE BEST I CAN. THE BARREL IS NICE AND SHINEY AND SMOOTH. NOT PERSONALIZED. MARKED 6 (DATE CODE FOR 1946 I WAS TOLD). THE CAP HAS NO DINGS. 1 VERY SMALL HAIRLINE SCRATCH. COULD POSSIBLY RUB OUT WITH A POLISH. LOCAL PEN EXPERT (A.K.A RIP-OFF ARTIST) RAN SOME WARM WATER IN IT. IT LOOSENED UP SOME INK AND I WAS WRITING WITH IT. SEE THE PARKER 51 I WROTE IN ONE OF THE PICTURES. IT TOOK A WHILE BUT I DRAINED THE PEN WITH A PIECE OF TISSUE PAPER. ALSO WAS TOLD BY THE XPERT THAT THE GOLD RING AROUND THE CAP FOR THE PLUNGER SHOULD CLEAN UP JUST FINE. BUT I WILL LEAVE THAT UP TO THE NEW OWNER. BUYER ADDS $5.00 FOR SHIPPING IN THE U.S.  NO SHIPMENT TO ITALY. THANKS FOR LOOKING AND HAPPY BIDDING.
