PAYMENT METHODS
We expect payment within 10 days of the auction’s end. We accept Paypal as our only form of electronic payment. We only accept payment in US dollars. We DO NOT accept bank transfers or Westrn Unoin money transfers as payments.
SHIPPING
Your poster will be rolled in protective kraft paper and shipped in a tube cut to fit the poster to avoid it sliding around. ALL POSTERS WILL BE RE-EXAMINED FOR MAJOR FLAWS BEFORE SHIPPING, SO PLEASE OPEN THEM CAREFULL TO AVOID DAMAGE. Most items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment completion. Insurance is recommended as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. We will ship to the address on the Ebay/Paypal account unless you send us a separate e-mail requesting otherwise (i.e. don’t just make that request on your Paypal payment).
MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING DISCOUNT
Save on shipping by combining multiple purchases. To do this, simply buy the items and wait for us to send you a combined invoice. Don’t pay until we send you an invoice. The discount is available only for items on the same invoice. Some items we cannot offer combined shipping for if they won’t fit in the same packaged (like a poster and a CD).
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping within the USA for one poster is $5.95 and $2 for each additional. If you order more than 5, we will offer you shipping based on the weight of the item. Insurance is optional and suggested at $1.75 for up to $50 insurance. Most items will have a delivery confirmation number that you can check through the auction website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping varies based on destination. For Canada, airmail shipping is $7.95 for one poster and $2 for each additional. Airmail shipping to the rest of the world is $10.95 for one poster and $3 for each additional. If you are purchasing more than 5, we will charge you shipping by weight. Registered mail is available for an additional $11 and insurance is optional and recommended for an additional $15 (we have to upgrade the shipping service to have insurance). YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER ON INTERNATIONAL MAIL UNLESS YOU PURCHASE INSURANCE. We save all postal receipts as proof of delivery and the receipt contains that customs form number that is specifically associated with your package. We put our owner’s name as the return address and will be declared as a gift with low value on the customs form to help you avoid import taxes. If you choose insurance or delivery confirmation, we have to declare the actual value, which may result in taxes for you.
RETURN POLICY
Please e-mail before returning any item. You have one month from the date of purchase to return an item. Careful packaging and delivery confirmation are recommended. All items must be in new, sellable condition to be accepted
