Magnetic clips are folded paper strips with thin magnets at both ends.  Just slip them onto the edges of your scrapbook pages, cards and other paper crafts for a fun look.  You can even use them as bookmarks! They are printed on both ends so you can pick one design, stick with it or flip it around to try the other one.  Wherever you use them...it's easy to get stuck on magnetic clips.
