Q: What Countries other than the United States do you ship to?
A: NONE - Sorry, we currently only ship to the UNITED STATES.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: KIGB only accepts PayPal and Money Orders. NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted. Please remember that payment is due within 5 days of auction end, or a non-paying bidder will be filled.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: Items are shipped UPS Ground usually within 24 - 48 hours of receiving payment.
Q: Can you end auctions early or offer it as a Buy-it Now?
A: No, our auction will run the full seven days, or other schedule duration.
Q: How can I get additional photos of the items you have listed?
A: We try hard to accurately describe each item, and due to the amount of items we list we are unable to take additional photographs of items.
Q: Do you accept Resale Numbers?
A: KIGB is not a resale establishment, therefore we DO NOT accept resale numbers regardless if you think we should or not.
Q: What about insurance for my item?
A: Insurance is required on all items.
Q: Can you explain what 'Sold AS-IS' means ?
A: All of our items are sold AS-IS. It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to ensure that each item will work with your needs or application, and since we cannot fully test each option or function of an item, they are sold AS-IS.
Q: Do you combine shipping and handling if I purchase multiple items?
A: Combine shipping is possible in some cases. We are unable to give a combined rate prior to shipping. Please pay the total amount including shipping for all auctions won. If we are able to combine shipping we will send a refund for any excess charges.
Q: What if I do not understand or agree to the terms or conditions for this auction?
A: If you do not understand anything in this auction please ask questions before bidding. By bidding on this auction you are agreeing to eBay's term and conditions. If you do not agree to eBay's terms, or the shipping terms on this auction please do not bid.
Q: I sent a question about an item and I have not received a response what is wrong?
A: There could be several reasons you have not received a response. We receive a lot of email and phone calls each day, so please give us a day or two to respond to your questions. The more information you can provide in regards to you inquiry will make for a faster response time. (ie, your name, email, item number) If you are asking about a completed item, we will respond to your question, and please wait until you receive a response back before leaving negative feedback. We want you to be satisfied with your KIGB experience.
It could also be that the answer to the question is already posted in this listing, or else where within the eBay website. If this is the case, that could also be a reason why you have not received and email back.
Q: How do I know when my item has shipped? Do you provide a tracking number?
A: When your item has been shipped you will received an automated email from UPS, Quantum View explaining your tracking number and how to track your package. In some cases this email and other important emails from us may be filtered into your spam email folder. Please check this folder to ensure that it has not been moved there before contacting us.
Q: I have paid for my item through PayPal, why hasn't my item shipped?
A: In order for us to ship out your items you need have a couple things completed within PayPal. You need to have a confirmed PayPal shipping address and you need to have an address other than a P.O. Box. we DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes. Please check these 2 items before sending an email, or leaving negative feedback.
