The Penkalapens team sends well-packed pens by registered 1st class
airmail and not insured. If clients want a secure package they should
specify it. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit
and we don't return money. Every one of our packages gets a registered
tracking number and customers can obtain information when the package
was sent and when it was received. You will not be able to check
where the package is because the Croatian postal system will not
have an online position check of your package. That can only be
done if the package is lost, or if it is delayed more than 5 weeks
from the date of sending. After 5 weeks an official search can be
made according to the Croatian postal procedure. If you purchase
more valuable pens, we advise you to use one of the fast delivery
shipment companies like FedEx, DHL, UPS etc with additional payment
(USD 12 does not cover this). The Croatian postal system is one
of the best in the world and our 1350+ transactions since October
2005 did not suffer a single lost parcel. Please check our feedback
