There is nothing cuter than the head bobbing I get when they see me coming with these little freshly baked treats just for them. When I bake for the horses, I use the same care as when I cook for my loved ones..:) These are human friendly too of course but meant for our warm blooded friends. I take pride in making these . The recommend serving is (1) treat per horse / per day. THESE ARE HUGE SO I WOULD BREAK IT IN 3 PIECES. YOU GET 7 HEARTS IN ALL BUT THEY WILL GIVE YOU 21 TREATS WHEN YOU BREAK OFF THE PORTIONS. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR IF YOU BUY MORE THAN A WEEK SUPPLY. I make them with natural cubby goods, carrots, molasses, whole wheat flour, water, old fashioned oats, & sprinkled with brown sugar and salt, cinnamon, the pink topping is the melted peppermint candies drizzled on top of molasses..Make sure you know what your horse can eat or can't. 7 huge pieces!
