All games we sell are NTSC region. Some game systems are region free such as the Sony Playstaion portable (PSP), and Nintendo DS. Those systems play games from any region in the world without any problems. Other systems such as the Playstation 2 and Xbox are not region free. You can look at one of your current games' cover (usually in the upper right hand corner) and see if it says NTSC, PAL, etc. It is your responsibility to make sure that your system is compatible with NTSC region games. We do not cancel transactions because of a buyer's failure to read.

Insurance is optional. We highly recommend you purchase the optional insurance. Insurance actually costs more, but we want our buyers to purchase the insurance.
