This is a plate of at least 12 complete blind trilobite's. There are also some partilas and impression on this plate. This trilobite is referred to as a blind trilobite because it had no eyes. Its real name is peronopsis. It is a good specimen with the trilobite's showing up nicely on the shale. It comes from Delta Utah. The trilobite's are about 1/8 to 2/8 of an inch in size and the shale is 7 inches long and 2  inch wide.
