Payment is due within 3 days of the close of the auction. Paypal is my preferred method of payment, but I will accept money orders. Please notify me within 3 days to let me know you are mailing a money order and money orders must be received no later than 10 days of the close of the auction.

Your purchase will be printed and shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt of your payment and personalization information. At the close of your auction, e-mail me with the personalization information you want printed on your item. All sales are final unless there is a mistake make on our part. Items will be reprinted and shipped free of charge on items that are our mistake.

All items are shipped USPS in the United States only. Shipping cost are $2.00 for USPS First Class or $4.75 for USPS Priority Mail. Each additional item ordered is only $0.25 each.

Items will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.

Insurance is provided upon request.

All my stationery is custom made to order and are printed in a smoke free environment.
