This is an 8.5 x 11 heavy weight print.
You get the Last Name of your choice
In the center space you can put your last name as
"The ______ Family"
The line under it can say anything you wish for example the year you were Est.
You will have 9 other spaces to put 9 Full names or birthday's
OR you can leave off the birthday's and put 18 Full names and this will give you two full names per space.
