How Do I Order?                         
- Determine the number of sets you will need.
- Make sure to look at the "Special Quantity Discount" Box below!
- Purchase the number of sets you require.
- Click on our "PERSONALIZING My Purchase" link on the auction bar
     for a list of personalized information you may want to send us.
- Send us your information through the Ebay Message System or Contact Seller Links.
 
Then What Happens?
- We will email you that we received your information.
- A digital proof (for invitations & sympathy note cards only ) will be sent for  to you in 24-36 hours,
     during our business hours, after receipt of you personalization.  We will send a proofs on other
     items if you would like, otherwise none will be sent.
- Payment must be received prior to us sending the proof.
- Upon receiving the proof, make any changes or corrections
      that you see need to be made.
- No orders will be sent unless we receive your approval.
- Once approval has been given, we will print and ship the
      order promptly.
- You will be sent a shipping notification when the order has
      been shipped.
- If, by chance, there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately.

(Normally) Business Hours are:  Monday - Friday   8:00 a.m.  to  4:00 p.m. CST
Emails are generally answered within 24 hours weekdays.
Any correspondence sent after hours will be answere the following business day.
Weekends and holidays are family time. 
 (But don't be surprised if you hear from us during this time!)
Payments are accepted through PayPal only. 
A digital proof (for invitations & sympathy notes) will be sent in 24-36 hours after payment, on weekdays, for approval.
Proof approval is required prior to printing & shipping. 
Shipping is usually 3-4 business days after approval.

If there is an error on our part we will replace your item or make other arrangements with you.
