You are bidding on a NEW & UNSMOKED Peter Heeschen cross grain "Blowfish” shaped pipe that was personally carved by Mr. Heeschen in Holmstrup, Denmark. This beautiful pipe is stamped as a grade "A". The straight grain that runs across the russet stained finish bowl is beautiful, as is the swirling bird's eye grain that is displayed on both sides of the bowl. The hard white organic material (eBay does not permit me to state this material, but you know what it is and if your don't please ask me!) that is used for the stem trim band lends a beautiful design touch.  The carving of the pipe is absolutely exquisite! If you think that this pipe looks good in the photographs below, just wait until you see it “in person”! It looks even better! This is not just a pipe, but also truly a work of art! If you are looking for a pipe that will draw favorable comments from all that see you enjoying it, then look no further.

The overall balance feels perfect. The hand feel is just right. The draft is nice and easy. A pipe cleaner will effortlessly pass to the bottom of the bowl.

Here are the pipe’s dimensions: The overall length is about 5.25”. The bowl height is about 1.75”. The tobacco chamber is about 0.75” in diameter and tapers down the bowl’s 1.50” inner depth.  Capacity is about that of a Group 4 size Dunhill pipe. It weighs 60 grams. The original black leather pipe bag is included.

Once again, this is a seven-day no reserve pipe auction. I do not believe in "Reserve" or "Buy it Now" prices. I want the lucky high bidder to own and enjoy smoking this pipe and not have him frustrate himself with bidding on a pipe that is not attainable on a price basis! The pipes that I ship have too much time and labor lavished on their restoration and presentations as well as the many of these pipes are irreplaceable works of art. I am not going to risk damage by using lesser packing. (In my nine years of selling pipes on eBay and shipping thousands of pipes around the world, not a single pipe has been damaged!) I also try my utmost to ship your pipe the same day that I receive your payment, even if this means making a special trip to the Post Office just for you alone. The Registered parcels that ship overseas take extensive time with both the packaging and four forms of documentation that must be filled out. Unfortunately, this all has to be reflected in my shipping costs, so please bid accordingly.
