This is a beautiful
finely detailed doll by R. John Wright of Peter the Goatherd.
This beautiful doll depicts a young boy
who is a goatherd, and includes the separate goat doll as
well. This lovely doll has an intricately detailed felt
face, and the goat is also very lifelike. The clothing is
period clothing for a goatherd in Switzerland. This is a
limited edition doll, and it is numbered 243/250. This Peter
- The Goatherd doll is brand new in box, and the certificate
of authenticity is included. This doll was made for Little
Switzerland Dolls, and was created in 2003.
This Peter - The
Goatherd doll representing the boy measures 17 1/2"
tall, and the accompanying goat measures 11" long and
11" tall. This Peter - The Goatherd set is being sold
together, however, it can be separated into two listings
for a serious R. John Wright collector.
These lovely dolls are made of high quality
felt, and are very collectible.
