Definitions  

"Seller" means Perfect Print & Gifts. "Buyer" means the person, firm or company purchasing the Goods from the Seller. "Goods" means goods or any part thereof to be supplied by the Seller to or for the Buyer.  

Making A Purchase

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days, with full refund of any payments made. (PLEASE SEE BELOW OUR UNDELIVERED BUYERS RESPONSIBLIY POLICY)

The exceptions to the cancellations rights applies to all of our personalised and customised goods. These are made to order to the buyers specifications and can only be returned if they are faulty in some way or not as described.

Returning Goods
Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning any unwanted ordered goods to our shop address as above. 

Returned goods must be undamaged, and in the original packaging in saleable and unused condition, unless the item was delivered to you in error or the item(s) were faulty. 

Undelivered items - returned unable to delivery/not collected - buyers responsibility

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU NOTIFY US OF NONE RECEIPT WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS OF PURCHASE

It is the buyers responsibility to take safe receipt of the purchase. 

If the buyer is not avail to take receipt of the item the post man leaves a card to tell the buyer it will be held at local collection depot.

It is the buyers responsibility to collect the purchase before the post office returns to sender. 

If an item is returned to us as not collected by the buyer then we will have to charge a postage charge to resend the product. 

The buyer has the choice to either pay the second delivery charge or to cancel the order. If they choose to cancel the order then the original postage charge will be deducted from the refund. 

In the case of Free Postage and Packaging items the buyer will be refunded less the amount it cost us to send the item originally.

LOST IN POST POLICY

if an item is lost in the post the royal mail ask for 15 days before making a claim. see www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/customerservice
you are able to claim from royal mail a full refund after 15 days waiting from when we despatched your purchase. on their website is a freepost claim form. all the details you require for the form is on your order.

this policy is because once we have despatched we cannot be held responsible for lost in post. it is the delivery service providers responsiblity and you should claim for the lost item from them. 

Privacy Policy

Perfect Print & Gifts does not disclose buyers' information to third parties except for delivery purposes. 

Information collected at the time of ordering by ourselves is for the sole intention of completing your order. 

Data collected by Perfect Print & Gifts is used to: 

1. Take and fulfil customer orders. 
2. Administer and improve the website/on line sites and customer service. 
3. Perfect Print & Gifts only discloses information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
