I am offering a 24-page copy of the PEUGEOT MOPED manual titled “OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE" published by Cycles (U.S.A.) Inc., Gardena, California. This 1970s printing covers the 103 LS-U1, 103 LVS-U2, and 103 LVS-U3 Models. Founded in 1882, Armand Peugeot began building bicycles and (later) mopeds in France. They continued to be imported into the U.S. until the late 1980s. The manual has six major sections as follows: Technical Information - Instruments and Controls - Operating Instructions - Maintenance - Trouble Shooting - Electrical System. Included are twenty-six Figures (photos & diagrams), with descriptions, plus an "Introduction" and "Some Final Words" pages. This manual measures 5¾” x 8¼" (closed) and is copied on 24LB bond paper, with 67LB covers, which makes it look quite authentic. The front cover shows some scrapes and the Warranty Card has been filled out by the original owner.
