We want you to be happy with your purchase and transaction. If you are not happy we ask that you return your purchase and give us the chance to make it right for you. You have a full 7 days from delivery date to return the product to us for a full refund, minus shipping, handling and or any insurance fees.
We understand that in some cases you may want to return the item for a refund or exchange. Here are our guidelines to make the process of returning an item as easy as possible.
- When your parcel arrives, examine your item and, if your item has arrived damaged or is not correct, please contact us immediately. You MUST contact us first for return instructions . Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt.
- The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you received the item and sent back to us via Registered mail. Please let us know the tracking number once the item is shipped
- Returned items must be in their original condition, not used or altered.
- Shipping, handling and any insurance costs are non-refundable.
- Returns may take 2 to 3 weeks to process. We seek your patience.
- All returns will be processed through the original payment source, which will be PayPal.

Shipping Details To keep things simple we charge a flat rate on shipping to all buyers.
Domestic Shipping
United States shipping choose one of three options.
- Option one - United States Postal Service First Class Mail delivery, 2-5 working days $FREE.
- Option two - United States Postal Service Priority Mail delivery, 2-3 working days $6.95
- Option three - United States Postal Service Express Rate Flat Envelope 1 working day depending upon the time submitted. $19.95.
- Insurance runs approximately $1.65 and is optional at buyers expense.
- California residents are subject to a sales tax of 8.50%
International Shipping
International shipping is available. Please e-mail for any restrictions that your country may have.
- All International mailings are sent out USPS Priority International Flat Rate Envelope. Prices run $12.50 for Canada and Mexico, and other locations are $14.50.
- Parcel will be sent out 1-3 working days after receiving payment. Please note that mailing may be delayed if payment is made on Saturdays, Sundays and or Public Holidays.
- We are not responsible for any losses due to wrong addresses, natural disasters and political risk, etc.
- Buyers are responsible for local custom duties and taxes if applicable.
Combined Shipping discounts
- We can combine shipments to SAVE you on additional single shipping costs for all your winnings on any purchases made in a 3 DAY PERIOD. We try to get mail out within 1 to 3 days so if you are planning on purchasing something else please let us know.
- For any additional item purchased, please add $2.00 to the total shipping cost.
Mail Tracking
All parcels are registered for your protection.- You will be able to track the parcel 24/7 online. An item tracking number will be sent to you via email one your parcel is shipped.
- We strongly advise all buyers to keep track of your parcels to avoid missed deliveries and delay collections. We will not be responsible for return parcels or change of address once the item has been shipped.
