It was Made in the USA. 

It Measures 3" High, and about 3 7/8" Wide at the Rim. 

It is in Excellent Condition. There are Absolutely No Scratches, Chips, Cracks, Utensil Marks or Imperfections that I can see.

I found out this afternoon that I need to leave Tuesday morning at 9:20 am EST to take my brother to inpatient cancer treatment. He is a special needs person, and I need to stay with him the whole time.  I will be returning home on Thursday or Friday. If this auction ends before I return, please be very patient.
