Postage + Handling

Shipping costs $4.25. We ship via USPS First Class International Mail which usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive worldwide.

We do combine shipping with other items. The highest price shipping will be charged first, and then $2.50 for additional Philosophy products.

Other shipping methods such as Priority and Express Mail include tracking information. These services begin at $30.00. Please contact us if you would like your item shipped an alternate method.

Insurance: Postal Insurance is $1.60 for the first item and $0.60 for each item thereafter. Although we have had less than a handful of problems out of the thousands of packages we have sent, we do recommend that buyers take out postal insurance as we cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items.

Customs, Taxes & Duties: Customs personel in your country may inspect the package which occasionally causes slight delays in delivery. Please note (especially UK/European buyers): We are not responsible for customs charges that you may incur. Please be aware of the import duties or taxes for your country before purchasing.

Return Policy
Please email and make contact within 7 days of recieving your item if it is faulty or misrepresented and we will glady accept your return. Refunds will be issued if products are  unopened and unused only.

Paypal is preferred for payment. We accept bank deposit into our Australian Bank Account or Australia Post Money Orders! We do not ship until payments have cleared. Sorry no international money orders or bank deposits!!!
