• Most US shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by Parcel Post, First Class, or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. A majority of our orders will be picked up by USPS from our automated warehouse within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). For First Class Mail, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

• International shipments will be shipped via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International (7-14 business days). Actual transit time may fluctuate. (All mail transit time stated is estimated, not guaranteed.)

• International customers: If you do not see your country listed here, then please do not bid.

• PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard (e-checks are held 7 days until cleared).

• All returned, defective, or physically damaged items in the shipment must be notified to us via email within 7 days after receiving the product (by using the eBay item number as reference).  All returned and defective products must be returned in the same original condition (including all packaging materials).
