Model 6637WSchoenhut ® Piano Company: "Leader in the World of Toy Pianos since 1872" Schoenhut® Piano Company takes the concept of pianos for the very young a step further with this three-octave Traditional Deluxe Spinet. With a keyboard almost half the size of that on an adult piano, this model is designed for the three-to-nine-year-old. Not "just a toy," but a fine musical instrument, and lovely addition to your Chromatically tuned, the lovely chime-like notes are produced by small hammers striking precision-ground, German steel music rods (versus the conventional taut wires used in full-sized models). Schoenhut's® patented Learning System, with its play-by-color teaching method, makes playing simple and fun. A removable color strip fits behind the keys to guide small fingers from chord to chord. The chart will also work on adult keyboards, since keys on Schoenhut ® toy pianos are of corresponding width. This teaches children proper "finger stretch" from the very beginning. The accompanying Songbook contains a collection of familiar tunes. This Learning System has been specially designed to build a child's confidence and develop basic playing skills Product Information: Materials: Maple, Birch and Hardboard Piano available in Mahogany/Black and in Black Shipping Damage: 1) Claims of shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. 2) A pre-paid UPS label will be provided to the recipient of the damaged product for return to the factory. 3) Upon receipt and inspection, if the customer wishes to have a replacement, it will be sent at no cost. Returns: 1) ALL returns must be approved by Schoenhut and assigned a return authorization number. 2) Items returned without a Schoenhut-issued RA# will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. 3) RA# are valid for 20 days only. 4) Returns must be properly packed in the original packaging and box or refund will not be issued. 5) Upon receipt, our staff will inspect the item. 6) If it is determined that no damage was caused by the customer, a refund will be issued to the designated card. 7) The refund does not include the total shipping costs. 8) A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Defects: 1) Defects are covered for 30 days under Schoenhut's manufacturers warranty. 2) Minor issues (Example: A sticky key) can normally be resolved over the phone with a call to our factory. 3) If the issue requires a replacement part, it will be shipped to the customer at no cost. Cancellations: 1) Will be honored if received in writing via email prior to product shipment. 2) Cancellations after product shipment will be treated as a return. See above section.
