How many children have their "very own" Baby Grand Piano? Encourage your child to be creative at the piano and he will be composing and playing ballads just like Schroeder in the comic strip "Peanuts". This unique miniature version is designed to encourage the very young to play and develop a love of music.

Chromatically tuned with a full two-octave span, small hammers strike metal rods, producing lovely chime-like tones. The piano never gets out of tune and the tone never changes. The Learning System, with its play-by-color assortment of songs, is designed to bring immediate success. A removable color-coordinated strip fits behind the keys to guide small fingers from chord to chord. As your child learns and grows, the color strip can be transferred to a larger piano, since the keys on Schoenhut Toy Pianos are of corresponding width. This teaches children proper "finger stretch" from the very beginning. The accompanying Songbook contains a collection of familiar tunes. This Learning System has been specially designed to build a child's confidence and develop basic playing skills.

2) A pre-paid UPS label will be provided to the recipient of the damaged product for return to the factory.

3) Upon receipt and inspection, if the customer wishes to have a replacement, it will be sent at no cost.

Returns:

1) ALL returns must be approved by Schoenhut and assigned a return authorization number.

2) Items returned without a Schoenhut-issued RA# will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

3) RA# are valid for 20 days only.

4) Returns must be properly packed in the original packaging and box or refund will not be issued.

5) Upon receipt, our staff will inspect the item.

6) If it is determined that no damage was caused by the customer, a refund will be issued to the designated card.

7) The refund does not include the total shipping costs.

8) A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns.

Defects:

1) Defects are covered for 30 days under Schoenhut's manufacturers warranty.

2) Minor issues (Example: A sticky key) can normally be resolved over the phone with a call to our factory.

3) If the issue requires a replacement part, it will be shipped to the customer at no cost.

Cancellations:

1) Will be honored if received in writing via email prior to product shipment.

2) Cancellations after product shipment will be treated as a return. See above section.
