The Pickard China Company has produced this beautiful collector's plate with a magnificent adaption of a painting of  the American Bald Eagle by James Lockhart.  The plate is 13 inches in diameter with a cobalt blue rim trimmed in 24 kt gold.  This special  limited edition piece is in mint condition with no chips, cracks, etc.  It is No 128 out of 2000.  The box is lined in red velvet and in mint condition also.  The outside edge of one side of the box does show wear - please see photo.    Shipping is by Priority Mail and includes insurance.
