• We currently ship to continental US and Canadian addresses only.

• All shipping charges include shipping & handling. Canadian shipping includes duties and taxes prepaid!

• All items are packed in styrofoam chips, and/or styrofoam packaging to

  ensure your items arrive safely.

• We gladly combine shipping and will deduct a sum of $6.00 from each additional item you Purchase from us.

RETURNS

If your item arrives defective or broken we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. However, ALL returns for refunds are less original shipping costs paid and you are responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee may also apply.

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of any broken or defective item, so we can personally handle your replacement or refund. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM BEFORE CONTACTING US. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping costs) if the item is returned in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

 METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Payal, E0checks & global money orders.  All payments must be received within 3 days of winning the auction. Please Note:  This item will be shipped immediately after payment has been received in full or your e-check has officially cleared through Paypal.  No exceptions will be made to our policy.
