Description

Here is a wonderful table made of reclaimed thick pine boards that are reminiscent of the floor and barn boards used in tables from high-end mall stores, but they are actually reclaimed from a Naval yard.  This table is well-constructed with special grooves on the underside to prevent the top from warping and bowing.  The legs are sturdy and square and braced with a scrolled cast iron brace.  The top has breadboard ends as well as an overall decorative feature of the breadboard ends matching a board running down the middle. I am not sure if this is a different variety of pine or a different cut of the same pine found in the rest of the table but it is an interesting detail to note. There also appears to be a few letters branded onto the table, which adds unusual character. (see pix)

This table is simply and well-made and you can put your pottery on it.  You won't find a nicer one out there at the mall.  And theirs are priced at 1600 and up!  This is a great deal on a beautifully made table! Don't pass it up!
