The item was not abused, blown or damaged by improper installation, water damaged, dropped, etc. Receipt of professional installation is required.

The product is bench tested before installation.We may need a receipt of professional bench test/installation.

The serial no. of the returned product matches that of our records.

The return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all else that came with it. No cut wires. You will be charged for any missing contents and in saleable condition. We may deduct higher restocking or refuse the return depending on the condition of returned product. The decision of our Technical team on this will be final.

Remanufactured products are not exchanged. They can only be repaired by the authorized repair centers. While we can assist you with the process we will not accept any returns on remanufactured products.
