Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.

Our preferred shipping carriers:
For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $200. There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise will ship domestically 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation. International shipments are typically delivered to the post office for shipment 1-2 times per week and sent via USPS Priority Mail International. International shipping times will vary, as a result.

International Shipping: Select items can be shipped internationally. Please check our shipping calculator to see if international shipping is available to your area. Please note, all international shipments are made through the United States Postal Service. If you receive a FedEx shipping quote for an international shipment through our shipping calculator, please disregard.

LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us at 847-221-2288 if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. Some local pick up items are not at our store location but at our seller's residence and contact information will need to be exchanged. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at THIS store. All local pick-ups for residents of IL will be charged local sales tax. Store hours for local pick up are Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As Is.
