If you are returning your item for a refund, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Defective items returned for a refund will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Items over 50 pounds cannot be returned. 

The original shipping and handling is non-refundable in any situation. Shipping costs back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is exactly in the same condition as you received it. We are unable to accept any returns if any of the contents or packaging appears damaged in any way.
