This is a used Pioneer propane powered 20" floor polisher with electric start, model # SB2100, which accepts a 20" pad (not included). It is powered by a Kohler 11 hp engine, model # CV11ST. It is in good cosmetic condition, but could use some cleaning. There are scrapes and scratches associated with normal use. The Hobbs meter indicates the unit has 1,014 hrs.
This unit includes TWO empty aluminum propane tanks.
The plastic base that the buffer pads mount to is broken. It will need to be replaced before the buffer can be used to buff floors. The left wheel has a piece missing. It still rolls and does not affect the operation of the machine when buffing.
Testing:
We connected another full cylinder of propane (not included). This buffer does not use a 12volt battery to operate the starter. It uses an inverter to operate the electric starter. The included cord was connected to an ordinary 110v AC wall outlet. The starter button was pressed in order to start the engine. The engine started almost immediately and ran smoothly and quietly. This buffer also has a regular manual recoil starter, but we did not try to start the engine with the recoil starter. The engine oil also looks very clean. The polisher was engaged and works smoothly.

We ship Monday-Friday. Orders usually ship 2-3 business days after receiving cleared payment.
This item will be shipped on a pallet via LTL Freight. We shrink wrap all freight shipments and if needed, wrap them in custom cut foam.
We will need detailed information from you in order to calculate the shipping/handling fee.
Buyer pays for all shipping costs. This cost includes professional packing & insurance. We do not make money on shipping.
If payment is submitted before the shipping cost has been added to your order,shipment will be delayed until we have determined the shipping/handling fee and received payment in full.
Combined shipping is available for all items purchased within 7 days and is based on the total weight and dims.
Local pickup is available from 9am-12pm and 1pm-5pm. This option is for customers to pickup their order directly. There is a minimum $5.00 handling fee per order as well as 8.25% Texas sales tax.
We will not ship on your account or allow you to arrange your own shipping. This is due to prior issues and is not negotiable.

International freight In most cases will be delivered to the nearest airport in your country. You will be responsible for picking up the item from that point.
The buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, etc that are incurred. We do not know what these fees are and have no way to calculate them. You will need to speak to your local customs office if you have questions about these fees.
We will not mark items as gifts. We mark the final auction price as the declared value.
If you require a proforma invoice, please let us know and we can provide you with one in PDF format.
We do not refund shipping/handling or bank fees for returned items. The buyer is responsible for returning the item and paying for return shipping.
