The Electro-Hydraulic Pipe Puller utilizes the idea of pre-centering and pulling pipes by push button control.  All component parts are space-savingly packed onto a rubber tired carriage, which can be moved easily within the pipe.  The carriage adjusts to suit the inside wall of the pipe.  This Pipe Puller can also be used in joining square or rectangular pipe.
