PAYMENT & SHIPPING TERMS  

PAYMENT Payment is to be received within 7 days of auctions close.  An E-MAIL MUST be received within 3 days from close of auction to notify the seller with payment plans, if not paying immediately upon close of auction.   A NON-PAYING BIDDER form will be filed after 7 days if no communication or payment is received from the buyer.  If there is no response to the ebay notice after 7 days, the non-paying bidder form will be finalized and a strike will be placed against your account by ebay.  Appropriate feedback will follow. There are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or REFUNDS on any of these once a purchase is made.   If  you have a problem with making payment or need help or an exception of any kind, please do not ignore our emails - contact us at homeshoppersnet@aol.com and we will be glad to work with you. (just don't ignore us)     FOR DOMESTIC PURCHASES: Payment through Paypal is preferred. Will accept  PayPal E-check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check or Business Check.  Paypal E-Checks, Personal checks, once received must clear bank (usually 7-10 business days) before item is shipped.   I also have a Virtual Terminal-Merchant Account, that can accommodate payment with your Visa, MC or AE if buyer does not have or want to set up a Paypal account. Inquire within prior to bidding for procedure or email me at homeshoppersnet@aol.com.   FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES: Payment through Paypal only.  Payments in US Dollars only. NO EXCEPTIONS All International orders must include a PHONE NUMBER for the customs form. Please send the information in a separate email or include it in the “note” section of the paypal payment.    If you want a shipping quote, please make sure you email me your Country & City name & Postal code, otherwise I can't get you a quote.

SHIPPING DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Buyer to pay for shipping and handling within  the Continental United States. I ship the majority of items through the US Post Office. UPS & Fed-ex is used if requested by buyer only.  Expedited shipping available.  If shipping method is not listed and you need a special shipping method request, please e-mail Seller BEFORE purchase and I will gladly try to accommodate your request.    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping rates differ from US rates, so INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST ask for a SHIPPING QUOTE prior to purchase or bidding if not listed in shipping calculator.  This way there will be no misunderstanding or problems after  the purchase.   I ship US Post Office (USPS) for International orders also, since the shipping rates are so much lower than UPS or Fed-ex, but I will ship with other carriers upon request. For International Shipping quotes, using UPS or FED-EX,  I need your Country & City Name & Postal Code. For ALL orders placed, phone # is required for Customs Form.   Shipping & Insurance charge paid, do NOT include duties and/or customs fees, brokerage and/or any miscellaneous fees which occur upon delivery in your country, those charges are the SOLE responsibility of the BUYER. The Seller is NOT responsible for any/or all of those charges  under any circumstance.  That includes returns or breakage.  I also have no idea how much these fees run. Contact your local customs office and the shipping service for more info.   Will combine shipping on 2 or more items if possible. Remember that some items are stock items and some are drop shipped from the manufacturer (and different manufacturers), so it is not always possible to combine shipping. ORDERS & DELIVERY TIME REGULAR ORDERS: We ship 2 days a week, Tuesday & Friday. We will gladly ship other days upon request if expedited or a rush is required. E-mail first to make sure we are able to make it to the USPS on days other than Tuesday or Friday if needed !   DURING HALLOWEEN WE SHIP ALMOST EVERYDAY  THE CLOSER IT GETS TO HALLOWEEN.   Expedited shipping is available at buyers expense, see instructions below     Sometimes at the end of a Holiday season WE ARE OUT OF STOCK on items, PLEASE know in advance if the item you wanted is out of stock, I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause you. SO IF YOU SEE IT AND WANT IT.... BUY IT   During holiday seasons when you make a purchase close to the actual holiday, or you need something by a specific date.....  do not expect that if you pay for ground shipping which might take 3-5 days to get to your location when you order the costume 2 days before the holiday or event, don't expect to get it on expedited terms just because you send an email telling me you need it for the specific holiday.   If you don't pay for the proper shipping the seller is NOT responsible for you not getting your costume on time.   IT IS the BUYERS responsibility to ask questions about delivery time when you need an item by a certain date, prior to purchase.   Ask for shipping time frames prior to purchase if you need this in a timely manner and please understand that the  SELLER is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the USPS, UPS or FED-EX shipping times or delays. SELLER is only responsible for getting your order shipped in a timely manner or as described above (Tuesday or Friday) (or that day or next day during the holiday season).   SORRY...I don't control the Post Office or UPS or FED-EX, so please don't blame us if the shipper is delayed in their shipping time frame ! Use common sense please and be a responsible buyer   RUSH ORDERS:  Expedited/Rush shipping on purchases are available. PLEASE email me BEFORE you make the purchase to verify which is the best shipping method to use to get your item when you need it and for expedited shipping prices if you are not sure what to do.
