RETURN POLICY:

• We will accept returns for REFUND if, for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. There will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping for all OPENED or UNOPENED merchandise returned to us.Please note that returns for REFUND must be made within 7 days from the receipt of the item.
• All defective merchandise for EXCHANGE must be reported within 10 days from the receipt of item.
• All defective merchandise for REPAIR must be reported within 30 days from the receipt of item.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• The warranty will not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual.
• The buyer is liable for the cost for removal and or installation of the unit's expense.
• Buyer/winner who are eligible for EXCHANGE OR REPAIR ships the merchandise at their own expense, defective or not. We take care of the expenses shipping back to you.
• The merchandise must be accompanied by a letter with your Full Name, Item Number and your Telephone Number and the explained defect.
• Merchandise should be returned in its ORIGINAL BOX w/ all packing material, manuals & all else that came w/ it.

• Buyer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, please retain all tracking information until we ship the new item. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
