Featuring 15mm x 13mm oval design with one 1.35 Carat oval cut Natural Blue Sapphire in the center and 16 Round Brilliant Diamonds set around the center and sides 1.05 Carats total VVS-VS clarity and F-G color. All 100% Authentic and Signed "Tiffany & Co irid Plat." Includes Tiffany & Co pouch and Tiffany Papers. Retail is $8500.
