All returns
must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition,
all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Once we received
item(s) and verified it working fine.Buyer is responsible for
shipping costs incurred shipping products back. We will only
refunds your item(s) within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied for return
shipment ! |

returns must request a RMA # from us.
D.O.A.
(Dead on Arrival) items must be notify to us within 3 days
of receipt of goods. Buyer pays for return shipping. No
returns accepted without a Return Merchanized Authorization
(RMA). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
