I am Diana, an artist based in Orange County, Laguna Beach area, in California.
My current work is evenly split between the artistic exploration of the Pacific
coast in Southern California and classical still life setups in my studio.
My formal artistic education includes a Fine Arts High School and a Fine Arts Academy
college degree from Europe, with a major in restoration and conservation of the ancient
works of art for museums. Additionally, I have attended studio art classes and workshops
at University of California San Diego and Athenaeum School of the Arts in La Jolla.
My paintings are found in private collections in Japan, Canada, Europe and across
United States. I am creating exclusively in oil.

This is a seascape from my neighborhood town of Laguna Beach, here in Orange County - Southern California.
This vista point overlooks a State Marine Park called Treasure Island. This shore and ocean below is home to
various flora and fauna. One story says that mariner's folklore believes pirates that navigated these waters
came upon this magnificent coastline and hid their treasures nearby. To this day no one has found any evidence
to support this claim. The real treasure is that which nature has created along this coastline environment.
