PAYMENTS:

All payments are due within 10 days of close of auction! This includes bidding on multiple auctions. If payment is not received within 10 days a non paying bidder alert will be sent. You will then have 7 days to make payment before a non paying bidder strike is filed against you and item will be relisted.

If paying by paypal you must have a confirmed address listed. If you do not have a confirmed address with paypal you will have to pay by another payment method. All items are sent to the confirmed address only! Please do not ask to have it sent to a different address.

If mailing payment in please be sure to include auction numbers and ship to address with payment.

 

(If your package is returned to us for invalid shipping address or non pick-up you will be charged s/h fees again to have package resent).

 

If paying by paypal on multiple auction wins you must submit "ONE" payment for total amount due for all auctions won for combine shipping. Please do not send separate payments for each item won!

 

If you are bidding on multiple auctions, Please ask for a combined invoice when done bidding. This is the only way i know your done and need an invoice.

 

 

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). S/H (Shipping & Handling) is the cost you add to your winning bid to have item sent to you. Any payments received without s/h charges or shortage of s/h charges will not ship until full payment has been received. S/H includes delivery confirmation but does not include insurance. If you wish to have your item(s) insured please see payment fee below. (Please note if insurance is not purchased I am not responsible for lost or damaged item(s).

All s/h charges stated in auction are for United States only! If outside the US please email for shipping charges. International shipments go by weight therefore will vary in s/h charges. You will be given 3 different shipping options to choose from with invoice. (global priority, airmail, surface/ground)

 

We do combine shipping charges on multiple auction wins (10 days max). The way combined shipping works is you pay the highest s/h charge out of all auctions won then a $1.00 s/h for each additional auction won. Some items may vary. See items for additional cost. (APO, FPO, Alaska & Hawaii will be more for additional items won. Please email for combined invoice.) You can also email me when done bidding for a combined invoice if not sure of total to send.

 

Please note we can not guarantee shipments by a certain date. While most items are shipped within 48 hrs it may take up to 5 business days before shipment is made. Please take this into consideration when placing an order for an event as we DO NOT offer rush/overnight delivery.

INSURANCE:

If your package should get lost or damaged the USPS will refund the item(s) amount(s) excluding s/h charges. This is optional for:

International insurance fees vary or may not be available to you. Please ask about insurance fees if you wish to have them.

 

 

 

Seasonal and candy items are non returnable!

 

S/H fees are non refundable! (This means the s/h you paid to have items sent. You are also responsible for return shipping charges.)

 

Any returned items must be unopened and in resellable condition!

 

Once items are returned they will be inspected. Once inspected and accepted a refund will be sent back to you the same way payment was received minus a 15% restocking fee and any incurred fees from auctions.
