POCKET WATCH TIME CLOCK FACE COLLAR TIE CLIP FRATERNAL?

Offered for sale in this auction is this vintage jewelery clock pin or clip. I think it might be a sort of collar clip or perhaps tie clip/clasp. I am not sure however. I can see it might work on the collar, a sort of pendant or fob. It does look sort of like a tie clip on the back. Well you can see it for yourself in the picture. I also have a feeling it might be something from a fraternal or fraternity orginization and might have some sort of symbolic meaning. It sure is cute either way or anyway. It looks like a depiction of an old pocket watch. The hands move. Maybe you can set the clock on your favorite time of day. Nap time, snack time, happy hour, break time, ect. Not sure if the hands could actually stay in place while you were wearing it or not. Maybe a secret signal of a possible meeting time. Interesting and somewhat unusual vintage jewelry.
