The seller is not responsible for service transit times. Transit times are estimated times provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak shipping periods. Shipping costs are based on the actual weight and size of the package, packing material costs, shipping distance and handling fees. All international items have an estimated delivery date of up to 2 weeks and often holds them for longer.

Refund/Return Policy:

Due to the high percentage of discounted items, we offer a limited return policy. Refunds, returns and exchanges are approved at the seller's discretion.  Buyers must communicate their request for a refund/return or exchange within (3) days of receiving the item(s). There is a 15% restocking fee charged. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, in the original payment method and shipping is not included. Returned items that were sold "New with Tags" must be return with the tag(s) still attached to the item as they were when the item was received by the buyer. Items must be returned within (7) days of approval for return or exchange. All items will be closely inspected upon return to ensure that they are in acceptable condition before a refund is issued. Please read the item description carefully.
