POLY-TECH QUARTER SHEET EXERCISE RUG

This warm, moisture wicking quarter sheet is made of Poly-Tech, a material that is excellent for keeping the horse's back and loins warm and dry.  Prevents chills and tightening of muscles. The pattern is cut out under the saddle to maintain close contact or may be fastened around the rider's legs for extra warmth on cold days.  Fastens with Velcro at the wither for easy removal while mounted.  Black color only.

NATURAL FIBERS?  NOT IN THIS EXERCISE RUG!    Cotton is great for your summer sheet, and wool is warm and cozy, but waterproof, breathable technology is designed to transport moisture away from the horse, into the lining and out through the shell so the horse is dry when temperatures fall.  Natural fibers such as cotton and wool retain moisture and should never be used as a lining in technical horsewear.

WHAT IS POLY-TECH?   Poly-Tech is a unique thermal fabric with outstanding anti-sweat properties. It is made of soft, stretchy knit polyester sandwiched over a layer of fiberfill which is then finely quilted.  Poly-Tech is naturally breathable, has excellent moisture transport capabilities and is hydrophobic so it will not retain moisture.  On a damp horse, it quickly wicks moisture through to the outside surface where it evaporates.  It is soft, warm and comfortable; it molds to the horse and is machine washable.
