Job tracker allows you to create and track “Jobs” of any kind through to completion. These can be customer jobs such as special orders, repairs or service follow up, which can also be tied to point of sale transactions and created from point of sale. “Jobs” can also be in-store tasks that you assign yourself or your employees. With Job Tracker every job is “assigned” to someone, giving you total accountability. No job will now be forgotten once created. Every employee can see at any time the jobs that have been assigned to them with all the necessary information to complete the job, including special jobs that you have put an “alert” status on and due dates. Job tracker is VERY simple to use and there isn’t a single business that can’t benefit greatly from this new module. Its power is in its simplicity.

Even though there are very good video tutorials on the Retail ICE CD to help you learn the software it is also helpful to have the printed manuals to refer to. There is a LOT packed into this software. This software is an incredible value but it won’t do you any good if you don’t learn how to use it properly.
