This two piece set is made from licensed fabrics, created by me

twirl skirt

shirred top

(Petti is NOT included but is show in some of the pictures so you can see just how FULL my skirts are!)

Set included shirred back top that ties around the neck and has a ruffle trim around the bottom. Skirt is elastic waist, and made from all dot fabric, it also features a ruffle trim at the bottom.
