I understand that this particular self-adhesive Postmatic postage stamp affixer can be used with the Pitney Bowes mailing machine bases: 6100, 5600 and R-150.

Please note:  One of plexiglas discs that holds stamp rolls has a hairline crack/line across the center (see right disc picture below).  But the disc is still solid and the area is smooth.   Also, the bottom part of the Postmatic (that will be placed on a mailing machine base) shows some scratches and areas where the black surface paint came off from normal wear due to putting the Postmatic on the base and then taking it off the base.
